How does the home sleep test work?
Once you place your order, we ship a clinical-grade testing device to your door. You wear the device for one night while you sleep, and the data is then uploaded and reviewed by a board-certified sleep physician.
Is the sleep test covered by insurance?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, our tests are often eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts. We provide a detailed invoice that you can submit to your provider.
How long does it take to receive my results?
After you return the device and the data is successfully uploaded, a board-certified physician will review your results within 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy for testing kits?
Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the testing kit has been opened or the seal is broken. If the kit is unopened, you may return it within 14 days for a refund minus shipping fees.
What happens if my test results are positive for Sleep Apnea?
If you are diagnosed with sleep apnea, your results will include a formal prescription for CPAP therapy or other recommended treatments, which you can use at any medical equipment provider.
How quickly will my testing kit ship?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and we provide a prepaid return label for you to send the device back to us.
