Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number to verify if your item is eligible for return based on its seal status.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm the factory seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
